Out-Spokin' Wheelmen’s 52nd Northeast Ohio (Cookie) Century. NEOC is famous for its “endless cookie table" and Great Routes. Routes: Choose 10, 25, or (2) 50-mile routes, to complete a century. Terrain is mostly flat through Trumbull County. SAG: available until 5:00 for mechanical breakdowns and other assistance. Fee after 9/19 is $35.00.
