Non-Rider Discount:
Non-riders are welcome to attend this event, but they must be members of the club in good standing. Contact the event coordinators to learn how you can add your spouse/partner to your membership if they are not already a member. BEFORE REGISTERING, ask the event coordinator how to receive the non-rider discounted registration fee of only $75 up to August 23, 2024; after August 23, the non-rider discounted registration fee is $95. This offer is valid only for non-riding members of the club.  IMPORTANT: This discount cannot be applied retroactively. You must contact the event coordinator BEFORE registering in order to receive the discount. Once registered, no changes can be made, and no refunds will be given.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations up until 9/1/2024 will receive a refund minus $30 administrative fee. Cancellations after 9/1/2024 cannot receive a refund.

3. After you register here for the event, you will receive a confirmation email with information for how to reserve your room under our room block. REGISTERING HERE WILL NOT RESERVE YOUR ROOM.  YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM.  Several different suite configuration are available in our block, but numbers are limited. FIRST COME - FIRST ACCOMMODATED, so register early to ensure you get the type you prefer. IMPORTANT: Couples need to reserve only one room, but both need to register for the event individually on this page.

Check-in options: Thursday September 12 after 3 PM or Friday September 13 after 3 PM.  The hotel will allow earlier check-in on Friday (but not before 1 PM) IF a suite is ready, but this is not guaranteed.  If you want to join one of the scheduled Friday group rides, you have two options: (a) check in on Thursday (recommended) or (b) arrive before check-in on Friday and change in a suite that we will make available (please contact the organizers).

Check-out: Sunday offers a late check-out of 12 PM (you must remember to ask for this when you check in) so you can enjoy a Sunday morning ride.

REMEMBER: Both riders and non-riders mus
t be members of the club, and both must register through this page by clicking on the "Register Now" button.  Yes - this step needs to be completed individually.

Step up and Volunteer!

We need a few helping hands to make this event go smoothly, and we can plan more effectively if we know ahead of time that key volunteer spots are filled. We need:

• Pre-identified ride leaders for some selected routes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

• Drivers and assistants to be on standby for limited SAG assistance on Friday or Saturday. Most commonly these spots have been filled by non-riders and non-riding spouses/partners.

• Help with check-in registration.
